Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Do you want to be a valued member of a team who plays a critical role in providing excellent care to patients a hospital setting? If so, consider joining our team as a Nuclear Medicine Tech (PRN).

Northwest Medical Center- Springdale is an accredited chest pain and stroke facility, specializing in acute inpatient behavioral health, high acuity medical services including cardiac, bariatric, and robotic surgical procedures, where our seasoned professionals are patient focused, united as a family and challenged to meet critical community health care needs.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns
  • Produces high quality nuclear images of specific areas as required by the departmental procedures
Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
  • Required completion of accredited nuclear medicine program
  • Requires current license for radiologic technology for the state of Arkansas
  • Requires registration as a technologist by the ARRT or NMTCB
  • Current American Heart association BLS certification
