The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and efficient seating process.
  • Show guests to their tables, provide menus, and inform them about beverage and dessert specials.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Check-in guests, manage parking protocols, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and respond to a variety of requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional appearance.
