Key Responsibilities- Greets guests warmly and ensures a smooth seating process
- Manages reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
- Provides exceptional service, anticipating guests' needs and preferences
- Collaborates with servers and other staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some restaurant experience preferred
