The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Host/Hostess to coordinate our front-of-house activities, create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and ensure they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival, maintain timely seating of guests, and assign tables according to their preference/needs
  • Show guests to tables, provide menus, and inform them about beverage/dessert specials
  • Answer telephone calls to the restaurant, respond to inquiries, and take accurate reservations
  • Check-in guests, adhere to parking protocols, and provide general assistance as needed
  • Provide general restaurant information and customer service as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to multi-task and flexibly respond to a variety of requests
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Seasoned problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional appearance
