Technical Writer I

Oceaneering International is seeking a skilled Technical Writer I to join our team. As a Technical Writer I, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for our submarine systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with technical writing, editing, and publishing in both paper and electronic formats. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and maintain technical manuals, equipment manuals, and other documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for submarine systems
- Collaborate with engineering team to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Use ATIS software to research and develop technical work documents
- Learn and use UIPIs, Navy Standard Items, and other relevant documentation
- Strong research and analytical skills
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, or a related field
