Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute a varied schedule of life enrichment opportunities for all levels of seniors
  • Develop and implement activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity
  • Collaborate with staff and residents to understand individual needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for residents and their families
  • Stay focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Current first aid certification and a current food handler's or serve safe certification
  • Preferred experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia, and/or in Memory Care
  • Compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to drive residents
