Activities Coordinator

Rivera Mansions LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing activity programs that promote engagement, socialization, and personal growth for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Resident Care Coordinator to ensure that resident needs are met.
- Recruit residents to participate in activities and document their participation.
- Provide training and support to direct caregiver staff and volunteers as needed.
- Coordinate community events and celebrations, and maintain social media accounts related to activities.
- High school graduate with some college courses preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in activities, events planning, or a similar position.
- Driving required with a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
- Working knowledge of basic office technology and software, and ability to learn clinical electronic health records.
