Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer (EVP, Marketing) in the development and execution of Marketing priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing communication across different regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a right-hand and sparring partner for the EVP, CMO, and as a liaison for direct reports.
  • Schedule meetings and manage communication across different regions and time zones, including HQ.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and manage expense report submission for the EVP, CMO.
  • Identify opportunities to create processes and systems to effectively support the EVP, CMO, and drive efficiency for them.
  • Proactively manage the ever-changing calendar to ensure the EVP, CMO is using their time effectively and with the greatest impact.
  • Organize Marketing Leadership Team meetings from end-to-end, including generation of agenda proposals, preparation and organization of details with stakeholders, capturing key decisions, and working with assigned leaders to ensure appropriate follow-up projects, MLT deliverables, and deadlines are communicated.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
