This position comes with meaningful equity compensation, reflecting the critical role you will play in helping us achieve our mission. Our work culture is collaborative and in-person, and this role will be based in our SF HQ office 5 days a week.
About the Role
You will be a founding member of the BDR team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies. This includes building out playbooks, fostering collaboration across growth, marketing, sales, and product teams, and contributing to the foundation of our sales strategies.
This role requires an ambitious individual with drive and determination. At an early-stage startup, things are always changing, and we're looking for a candidate who thrives in an unpredictable environment and can tackle seemingly impossible challenges head-on.
As an early member of a top seed-stage startup, you'll gain exposure to top Silicon Valley investors and tech executives. You'll be mentored by experienced sales advisors, including VP of Sales at Airtable, Head of SMB at Notion, Director of Sales at Webflow, and VP of Marketing at Rippling.
The learning and growth opportunities in this role are vast. You'll work directly with our CEO and have influence over OneSchema's top-level strategy. We have a collaborative, fast-paced work culture. Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound qualification.
  • Generate ideas for new ways to drive leads.
  • Partner with growth marketing on outbound campaigns.
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes.

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles.
  • Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
  • A high level of comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools & processes.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary between $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus meaningful equity compensation.
