The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Data Architect to join our growing team. As a key member, you'll design, build, deploy, and iterate on new features and capabilities of our SaaS API platform stack.

You'll collaborate with product management, customer success, and others to successfully lead and execute projects either individually or in collaboration with more junior engineers.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Design efficient and reusable components to build fast but design for the future.
  2. Own the quality of your deliverables through good design, implementation, and unit testing.
  3. Ship code to production frequently and work independently as part of a distributed team.
  4. Be our go-to person for solving major technical / customer issues related to our technology stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years directly related experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Golang and background with other back-end languages and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, versioning, error handling, and integrating 3rd-party APIs.
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments, e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Building data-driven services on top of databases like Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, etc.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (CA/NY locations).
