Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms on a daily basis.
  • Efficiently remove waste and soiled linens from all areas, including public spaces and guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public areas, and storage closets.
  • Restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies, including sanitizing agents and cleaning tools.
  • Replenish chemical containers as needed.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to cleanliness in all rooms and common areas.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate supervisory staff.
  • Adhere to cleanliness standards set by health authorities and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with relevant experience in hospitality.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on courteous and attentive service.
