AccorHotel is seeking an exceptional Luxury Spa Therapist to join our team at Guerlain Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert facial and waxing treatments.

As a Luxury Spa Therapist, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring seamless delivery of treatments and adhering to the highest standards of service. Your role will involve:

  • Providing personalized facial and waxing treatments to guests, ensuring they leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
  • Conducting thorough skin analyses to identify contraindications and assess skincare needs, prior to commencing treatment.
  • Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms and other spa areas, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their visit.
  • Preparing treatment rooms and work areas at the beginning of each shift, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitizing and properly storing tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Promoting and upselling treatments and retail products suited to guest needs, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and modalities related to the field of work, ensuring you remain knowledgeable and skilled.
  • Ensuring guest comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the service, directing all efforts towards guest satisfaction.
  • Handling guest incidents in accordance with AccorHotel's Standard Operating Procedures, informing supervisors or managers as necessary.
  • Reporting any treatment room defects to spa management, ensuring prompt follow-up and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Maintaining current skills and licenses in specialized areas, per state requirements.
  • Ensuring uniform and appearance is tidy and professional, in line with grooming standards.
  • Following all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of service.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current and valid license as an esthetician in Massachusetts.
  • 2 years' experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred.
  • Skilled and proficient in providing skin analysis and spa treatment equipment.
  • Passion for guest care and a sound understanding of spa and wellness.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally among team members and towards guests.
  • Holding a valid work authorization in the U.S.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
