About the Role

The Guerlain Spa Aesthetician is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional facial and waxing treatments to our guests. As a skilled Aesthetician, you will ensure that every guest experience is tailored to their individual needs, providing a seamless and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality facial and waxing treatments to guests, adhering to Guerlain's brand standards.
  • Conduct thorough skin analyses, assess skincare needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and other spa areas as requested.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and work areas to ensure a clean and professional environment.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the shift, sanitizing and storing equipment properly.
  • Promote and upsell treatments and retail products suited to guest needs, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with current techniques and modalities related to the field of work, ensuring the highest level of expertise.
  • Ensure guest comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the service, prioritizing their satisfaction.
  • Handle guest incidents in accordance with Raffles Standard Operating Procedures, informing supervisor/manager as necessary.
  • Report any treatment room defects to spa management, ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Maintain current skills and licensure in specialized areas, adhering to state requirements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements
  • Current and valid license as an esthetician in Massachusetts.
  • 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment, preferred.
  • Skilled and proficient in providing skin analysis and spa treatment equipment.
  • Passion for guest care and a sound understanding of spa and wellness principles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally among team members and guests.
  • Holding a valid work authorization in the U.S.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, with no remote work options.
