• Provide professional and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process payments for spa services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury spa or hotel front desk environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
