Auria is seeking a highly skilled System Capability Engineer 4 to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. The successful candidate will work in Colorado Springs, CO, and will be responsible for performing use case development and preparing systems engineering artifacts, including the definition of Epics and Features to be developed by program Cross-Functional Product Teams to implement customer-requested capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain system-level use cases and associated Epics and Feature relationships to a diverse group of customers, developers, engineers, subject matter experts, and users.
  • Generate system/element level functional, performance, and interface specifications to document and control the achievement of the desired capabilities.
  • Maintain system and component baselines in a requirement management system.
  • Define the relationships between internal and external components.
  • Communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance is required to start, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • 9 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM concentration or related field, or 7 years of experience with a master's degree in a STEM concentration or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in mission analysis with skill in developing use cases, sequence diagrams, and SysML modeling in support of MBSE.
  • Ability to work in an integrated team and support various tasks on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher.
  • Experience with Agile Methods and Epic and Feature definition.
  • Skills in logical architecture modeling, interface definition, and knowledge of cyber security concepts and security accreditation.
