GENERAL FUNCTION

In the capacity of a key holder, your responsibilities are amplified by your responsiveness to the store's requirements and your ability to provide genuine and thoughtful customer service. You will be part of a dynamic organization that thrives on passion and energy, adept at multitasking while prioritizing and fostering client relationships. We aim to cultivate a team of enthusiastic and energetic leaders who inspire their surroundings.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for meeting individual sales targets and client relationship objectives set by store management.
  • Responsible for the opening and closing of the store, including cash handling, bank deposits, and associated paperwork.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the store while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Possess computer skills necessary for operating the POS system and email communications.
  • Protect the store's inventory by following the company's loss prevention protocols.
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and well-merchandised sales environment.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures of the store.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or as a key holder for luxury products.
  • Ability to deliver a high-performing client experience.
  • Technologically proficient individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by sales and goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proven selling skills.
  • Capability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up and down stairs, with or without a ladder.
