GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in responding to the needs of the store while delivering exceptional and genuine customer service. You will become part of a dynamic organization that thrives on passion and energy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and cultivating client relationships. We aim to build a team of enthusiastic and energetic leaders who inspire those around them.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve individual sales targets and client relationship goals established by store management.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store, including cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and necessary documentation.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the store while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilize computer skills to operate the POS system and manage email communications.
  • Protect the store's inventory by following the company's loss prevention strategies.
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures of the store.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or as a key holder in the luxury sector.
  • Ability to deliver a high-performing client experience.
  • Technologically adept individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by sales and goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proven selling abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 15 pounds up and down stairs, with or without a ladder.
