GENERAL FUNCTION

As a key holder, you will play a vital role in responding to the needs of the store while delivering genuine and thoughtful customer service. You will become part of a dynamic organization that values passion and energy, requiring the ability to multitask effectively while fostering strong client relationships. We aim to cultivate a team of enthusiastic and inspiring leaders who enhance the surrounding environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve individual sales targets and client engagement goals as set by management.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store, including cash handling, bank deposits, and necessary documentation.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the store's overall success while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilize computer skills to operate the POS system and manage email communications.
  • Protect the store's inventory by following the company's loss prevention protocols.
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures of the store.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or as a key holder in the luxury goods sector.
  • Proven ability to deliver a high-performing client experience.
  • Technologically adept with an entrepreneurial mindset, focused on sales and goal achievement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated sales proficiency.
  • Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Capability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds, with or without assistance.
