Role Overview: The Sales Associate position plays a crucial role in the overall performance and efficiency of our store. This role requires a strong commitment to our brand values while providing exceptional service to our customers and achieving sales objectives.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with organizational goals and make decisions that reflect company priorities.
- Take ownership of personal performance metrics and collaborate with management to develop effective sales strategies.

- Represent Tapestry as a brand ambassador, demonstrating our selling and service standards consistently.
- Stay informed about local market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
- Engage customers by understanding their needs and tailoring the shopping experience accordingly.
Operational Duties:
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed while maintaining high service standards.
- Support inventory management by processing shipments and maintaining organizational standards.
- Assist at the cash wrap as needed, ensuring efficient transaction processing.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
