Aircraft Technician

Certified Aviation Services LLC is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining aircraft airframes and powerplants, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and repair aircraft engines, landing gear, instruments, and other components
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed on aircraft
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and fix faulty equipment
- Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing aircraft systems
- Operate power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments
- Complete all required maintenance records and accurately record time worked on work orders
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possess a Valid A&P License
- Knowledge and Understanding of the English Language
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 1 year of previous line maintenance experience preferred
- Experience and/or training on at least 2 aircraft types - A319, A320, A321, and/or B737, B767, B777 & E190 aircraft preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check, FAA records check, and A&P License Verification
Aircraft Mechanics usually work outdoors, in various types of weather. Mechanics often work under time pressure to maintain flight schedules to keep from inconveniencing customers. At the same time, mechanics have a tremendous responsibility to maintain safety standards.
