Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 2-4 technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Maintenance Operations: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of jet engines, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Equipment Management: Inspect and service company equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for operations.
  • Waste Management: Collect and properly dispose of waste streams, ensuring environmental safety and compliance.
  • Data Management: Collect and input data into manual and digital forms, maintaining accurate records of performance.
  • Scheduling: Manage personnel schedules and workload to meet customer requirements.
  • Communication: Proactively and effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of military or commercial experience in the mechanical industry, with a focus on aviation maintenance.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a maintenance or operations role.
  • Initiative: Demonstrate initiative, drive, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
  • Background Checks: Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug tests.
