Sanitation Supervisor Job Description

Twin City Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team in Pasco, WA. As a key member of our facility team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our production area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct sanitation and clean-up operations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train new staff on proper sanitation procedures, SOPs, and GMPs.
  • Develop and implement sanitation schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitation and production activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year technical degree in food safety or related field preferred.
  • Experience in sanitation and clean-up operations, preferably in a food processing environment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, cleaning SOPs, and GMPs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical labor as needed.
