Responsibilities include reviewing physician orders, dispensing medications, maintaining accurate patient profiles, and overseeing pharmacy technicians and students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive medication management for patients
- Reviewing physician orders and dispensing medications
- Maintaining accurate patient profiles and monitoring drug therapies
- Overseeing pharmacy technicians and students
- Adhering to Pharmacy Policies and Procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Valid and active PA license in good standing
- Understanding of the Joint Commission and Department of Health process
- Strong communication skills with all levels of staff and personnel
- Ability to perform dosage calculations
Preferred Qualifications:
- PGY 1 Residency Graduate
- 2-4 years of Experience in Inpatient Hospital Setting
