About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Growth Marketing, Americas to lead our growth marketing initiatives in the region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving awareness of the Autodesk brand and solutions, running multi-channel marketing programs, and creating marketing experiences that engage customers across the lifecycle to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for the Americas region, aligned with local requirements and corporate goals.
  • Lead a team of direct reports to drive awareness of the Autodesk brand and solutions, and run multi-channel marketing programs to engage customers across the lifecycle.
  • Manage the overall marketing budget for the Americas region, investing it judiciously to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive amplification of Autodesk's marketing strategy through channel partners.
  • Act as a single point of contact for aligning execution in the Americas with brand objectives and industry business and positioning priorities.
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with the Americas country leadership team.
  • Drive strong alignment among the wider marketing teams executing in the Americas to create a trusting and healthy team environment.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing for high-tech companies, with at least 5 years in management positions.
  • Proven success in managing in a matrixed organization and working with virtual teams.
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art marketing automation capabilities and how to utilize them to engage a target audience.
  • Deep experience analyzing digital marketing metrics to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and adapt marketing content tailored to engage specific personas.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Demonstrated success in ABM, demand generation tactics, including digital marketing and social marketing automation.
  • Industry knowledge relevant to Autodesk's market is an advantage.
