Job Summary:
A leading REIT is seeking a seasoned Director of Leasing to oversee leasing activities for their west-coast portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong leasing track record in commercial real estate and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all leasing tasks for the west-coast portfolio
• Build relationships with prospective clients and show spaces to prospects
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, conduct market research, and create leasing budgets
• Prepare monthly reports, oversee tenant negotiations, and complete deals and manage leases
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive commercial leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and leasing practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
