Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, ensuring the highest level of service to residents and maximizing revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue, including marketing and leasing initiatives.
  • Supervise and train on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring budgetary goals are met.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in multifamily property management, preferably in an affordable housing program.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Proficient in property management software, including Yardi and Yieldstar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
