Job Summary

The Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and pour-over coffee. Additionally, the Barista will prepare food items in a timely manner while providing exceptional guest experiences. This role will serve as both Barista and cashier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers have positive interactions and receive consistently high-quality coffee.
  • Prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages using espresso machines, pour-over equipment, and other necessary tools. Prepare food items according to recipes.
  • Ensure guests are served quickly, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Stay knowledgeable about all cafe offerings, including drinks, beans, and brew equipment.
  • Be proactive within the team to anticipate needs, prevent problems, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Help maintain a clean and beautiful coffee shop environment.
  • Ensure coffee and hot tea beverages are made promptly.

Requirements

  • 1 year of previous barista experience.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team.
