Job Overview

">

We are seeking a Refugee Resource and Partnership Manager to oversee our Reception and Placement program, ensuring high-quality service provision and contractual obligations are met. The successful candidate will maintain communication with funders, continuously monitor and evaluate services, and recommend programmatic improvements.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop impactful partnerships with businesses to support departmental needs;">
  • Garnish monetary and in-kind donations from corporations, foundations, philanthropists, faith and member-based organizations;">
  • Support volunteer network development and drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment;">
  • Represent CAMBA's Workforce Development and Refugee Services program with professionalism to identify and secure partnerships.">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field, plus relevant work experience. Excellent leadership, critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of databases are also essential.

Compensation and Benefits

">

$75,000 annually; health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off (vacation, personal, and sick time), and paid holidays.
