Pay Range: $21-$22/hr.

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to join our team in the Packaging Operations department. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our packaging operations and ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order fulfillment and packaging
  • Quality assurance and control
  • Weighing and scaling materials
  • Inventory reconciliation using SAP
  • Monitoring the production line and meeting line KPI's
  • Managing machine operators, hilo drivers, and general labor on the lines

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year of Production and/or Warehouse experience, preferably in food production
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to work 7 days a week
  • Understanding of GMP's, PPE, and KPI's to meet client demand and ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • Ability to work with and lead a team of multicultural associates who speak many languages
