Position: Rangeland and Pastureland Specialist in Tajikistan

Role Overview:

  • Facilitate and oversee the execution of technical cooperation initiatives;
  • Engage with the Tajik Forestry Agency and various stakeholders;
  • Deliver technical training and capacity-building support;
  • Participate in program design and strategic planning;
  • Compile progress reports and conduct training sessions for partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementing projects within natural resource sectors;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field related to natural resources;
  • Demonstrated capability in managing partnerships and coordinating activities efficiently;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in English, Tajik, and Russian languages.

Position Details:

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Initial Contract Duration: 1 Year, with potential for extension

Base Location: Dushanbe, Tajikistan
