Job Title: Tajikistan Rangeland/Pastureland Specialist

Location: Dushanbe, Tajikistan - Full-time Position

Role Overview:

  • Facilitate and oversee the execution of technical cooperation initiatives;
  • Collaborate with the Tajik Forestry Agency and various stakeholders;
  • Deliver technical training and capacity-building support;
  • Participate in program development and strategic planning;
  • Compile progress reports and conduct training sessions for partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project execution within natural resource sectors;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field related to natural resources;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships and coordinate activities efficiently;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in English, Tajik, and Russian.

Position Details:

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Performance Period: Initially 1 Year; with the potential for extension

Base Location: Dushanbe, Tajikistan
