Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for program execution and evaluation.
- Analyze and present program and budget proposals to stakeholders.
- Provide technical assistance throughout the federal assistance life-cycle.
- Liaise with government offices, NGOs, and private sector donors to ensure effective collaboration.
- Maintain document systems for Democracy Fund, HRDF, and special funds.

Requirements:
