Regev Law PC is seeking a qualified Immigration Paralegal with a robust background in immigration law. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience handling H-1B petitions, National Interest Waivers (NIW), and EB1A cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial immigration caseload efficiently.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions with precision.
- Respond to immigration-related inquiries via email.
- Maintain a high level of organization while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
