Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and facilities.
  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, wall and glass washing, and waste removal.
  • Establish and uphold effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set forth by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake all assigned tasks.
Specific Duties Include:
  • Cleaning building floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, while following proper procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment.
  • Responsible for cleaning and replenishing supplies in all public areas, including restrooms as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to management requests.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly janitor's closet and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Gather and dispose of trash appropriately.
  • Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in dining areas.
  • Polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a presentable environment.
  • Service, clean, and restock restrooms.
  • Set up and dismantle decorations, tables, chairs, and equipment for events such as meetings and banquets.
  • Monitor building security by locking doors after hours and checking for potential hazards.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must meet all requirements for working in specific ATS environments, including a ten-year work history if available.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
Compensation
Pay: $18.34 per hour

The listed pay represents the salary range for this position. Actual offers will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment.
