At Switch4 LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Unit.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year' Nursing experience.
