Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Unit team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with neurological and surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
