We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care to our critically ill patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the SICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence by reporting near misses and adverse events.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
