RN - Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Unit team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with complex neuro and trauma conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical Neuro Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
