Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the performance of multiple disciplines within Supply Chain, both directly and indirectly. This includes developing, implementing, and directing policies, practices, and procedures in accordance with command media.

The Manager will constantly review staff for continuous employee growth and is responsible for succession planning. The Supply Chain Manager will drive continuous improvement within the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Supply Chain professionals at various experience levels.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies for programs, product lines, and function.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing corporate training and organizational development plan for Supply Chain personnel.
  • Network with management and team members across the enterprise to drive success.
  • Provide mentorship to other people managers under their responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10-12 years work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of the role of supply chain in complex industries.
  • Significant ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other), inclusive of shop floor control systems.
  • Material Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Management, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, or Production Planning.
  • Financial Acumen.
  • Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP).
