Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operation Specialist to join our team at North America Cabinetry Group, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the cabinet or related industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules, quality control, and shipment logistics with factories in South Asia.
  • Work closely with the sales team in the US to understand customer requirements, forecast demand, and ensure inventory levels meet market needs.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the cabinet or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
