- Act as a liaison between engineering teams and customers, ensuring the right products are applied to support customer solutions.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to understand customer requirements and potential ROI.
- Coordinate information flow between customers, engineering, and technical service groups to ensure project success.
- Present proposals to customers, follow up on opportunities, and maintain post-project relationships.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for product and service improvements.
- Maintain CRM database, track opportunity pipeline, and participate in promotional activities like trade shows.
- Stay informed about competitors' products, industry practices, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Minimum of a 2-year technical degree; a 4-year college degree is preferred.
- At least five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and be insurable.
- Proficiency in Windows software applications and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
