  • Present proposals to customers, follow up on opportunities, and maintain post-project relationships.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for product and service improvements.
  • Maintain CRM database, track opportunity pipeline, and participate in promotional activities like trade shows.
  • Stay informed about competitors' products, industry practices, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 2-year technical degree; a 4-year college degree is preferred.
  • At least five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and be insurable.
  • Proficiency in Windows software applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
