Job Description

At Kutol Products Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated systems to enhance production efficiency and quality of product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify processes within the manufacturing facility that can be improved through automation.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated systems and equipment to enhance production efficiency and quality of product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of new processes and equipment, adjusting as necessary.
  • Ensure that all automated systems comply with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
  • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering required. 3+ years of experience in process engineering or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, robotics, sensors, and control systems.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Certification in one of these methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in a manufacturing environment.
