Job Overview

The Automation Account Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Automation products and technologies. This position requires a strong understanding of our products and technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with our engineering team to design and deliver customer applications, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
  5. Prepare and present reports to our leadership team, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
  1. 2 years technical degree, 4-year college degree preferred.
  2. Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Valid driver's license and insurability.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and engineering teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.
  6. Ability to navigate in various software systems, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
