Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve guiding candidates through our application process and facilitating the alignment between clients and candidates. Building harmonious relationships is paramount, ensuring that there is a mutual fit in the hires we support. You excel in proactive communication, readily engaging with candidates via phone to provide information and address inquiries. Your communication is characterized by clarity and positivity, leaving candidates feeling valued and excited about their career prospects.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 2 or 4-year degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in CAS and/or CPA firm environments, including full-cycle bookkeeping and monthly accounting close processes
- 2-3+ years of recent QuickBooks Online experience
- Familiarity with popular QBO-integrated software (e.g., BILL, Melio, Gusto, Expensify, Divvy, Ramp, Dext, Tallie, Karbon, Hubdoc, Uncat, Keeper, SaasAnt, third-party payment processors)
- CPA or MSA certification is a plus
- Experience in recruiting and/or hiring within a remote accounting context is a significant advantage
- Compensation will be determined based on experience and interests
- This is a temp-to-hire position starting with flexible hours as a contractor, with potential for growth over time
- Future commission opportunities may be available
