RN Maternal Float Fellowship

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to transition into a new specialty? Our RN Maternal Float Fellowship at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and skills in maternal care. As a member of our team, you will work closely with experienced preceptors and participate in a structured curriculum to develop your expertise. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the maternal unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in maternal care
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
