Job Overview

GDI Services Inc US is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain food manufacturing facilities, including restrooms, break-rooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Remove trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve team goals
  • Listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Steel-toed shoes and other personal protective equipment as required
