Facilities Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain food manufacturing facilities
- Clean restrooms, break-rooms, dust, and remove trash
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Requirements:
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Steel-toed shoes required when applicable
- Ability to work in hot conditions
