Maintenance Worker Level II Job Description

At Powers Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Worker Level II to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and mechanical equipment of our Hospital, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment
  • Respond to service calls and provide maintenance support as needed
  • Rotate shifts with other team members to cover 24/7 operations

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 5 years of job-related experience
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
