Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Assembly Specialist:

  • Interpret blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications, including dimensions and tolerances, and adjust machinery accordingly
  • Monitor machine operations and verify that the finished workpiece meets specifications
  • Utilize a bench grinder to maintain tool sharpness
  • Address defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing using both hand and power tools
  • Ensure that all parts are machined to specifications and adhere to quality standards
  • Document product and processing data accurately on specified forms
  • Engage in physical activities throughout the day, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Specialized training in metalworking or manufacturing is preferred
  • Basic mechanical and metalworking skills are essential
  • Proven track record of working safely and completing tasks with precision
  • Effective communication skills with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Ability to pass a background check
