Product Specialist

We are seeking a talented Product Specialist to join our Sales Team at Kalispell Toyota. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and assisting them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Becoming a vehicle expert is crucial in this role. You will need to know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology. This will enable you to perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with buyers to ensure referral business and learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. Direct reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses are also a key part of this role.
Requirements for this position include being available to work flexible hours and Saturdays, being ready to hit the ground running on learning new product features, having fantastic communication skills with customers, and having a professional, well-groomed personal appearance. A clean driving record is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $70,000 including bonuses, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K coordination and matching, paid training, paid sick and vacation, opportunities for advancement, employee discounts on products and services, and access to company fun and events year-round.
